Yemen’s Armed Forces Spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e has confirmed on late Sunday that “the Yemeni army and Popular Committees carried out multiple broad operations targeting both Abha and Jizan Airports in southwestern Saudi Arabia.”

” The Air Force launched drone strikes, using several number of Qasif-K2 combat drones, targeting Abha Airport and Jizan airports, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said in a Statement.

He indicated that the first attack targeted locations of Saudi warplanes and vital military targets at Jizan airport, while the second targeted military positions at Abha International Airport.

Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e confirmed that “the drones’ operations at Jizan and Ahah airports hit their targets with high accuracy and caused the suspension of air navigation in the two airports,”

He said that the attack is a response to the many crimes committed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition against the Yemeni people.

Sare’e added that there is a series of surprise attacks coming against vital infrastructural and economical positions in Saudi Arabia, if the Riyadh regime continues to wage war and impose siege on Yemen.
