During the past two days, the Islah forces in Shabwa arrested about 180 members of the Shabwana elite.
Local sources said that the elite elements were returning from Aden after receiving their salaries when they were intercepted at points for Hadi’s forces in Al-Aram region. The sources pointed out that the elements were taken to the “Martyrs” camp .
The sources reported that a tribal mediation committee had failed to release them, explaining that the commander of the Special Security Forces in Hadi’s forces had refused to interview the committee.
