President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat met on Sunday with the Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf Abdullah.
The meeting touched on the diplomatic efforts undertaken by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the aggression and siege experienced by Yemen for the sixth consecutive year, which caused the worst humanitarian catastrophe in the modern era.
The meeting reviewed aspects related to communicating with the outside, to emphasize Yemen’s position that adheres to a just and honorable peace for the Yemeni people and to positively deal with any initiatives in this regard.
In this regard, President Al-Mashat praised the diplomatic efforts of the Foreign Ministry, stressing the importance of continuing these efforts to uncover the crimes and violations of Saudi-led aggression coalition against the Yemeni people.
