A number of officials in the National Salvation Government commented today, Wednesday, on the US State Department’s classification against Ansarullah as a “terrorist organization.”

Vice President of the National Salvation Government for Services and Development Affairs, Dr. Hussein Maqbouly, considered the American decision to classify Ansarullah as a “terrorist organization” as a message to the world that America does not want peace in Yemen.

Al-Maqbouli added in a statement to Almasirah that the US decision will double the suffering of Yemenis even in the occupied areas, a situation with the aim of prolonging the war and deepening the humanitarian crisis in Yemen.

He pointed out that there are 190 international organizations that rejected the decision, and support for it was limited to the enemy regimes, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates and the Al Khalifa in Bahrain.

For his part, Deputy Prime Minister for National Vision Affairs Mahmoud Al-Junaid confirmed that Trump and his administration launched this decision to disrupt the peace process in Yemen, and this is an indication of an American desire to continue chaos and bloodshed.

The Minister of Justice, Judge Mohammad Al-Dailami, explained that what affects Ansarullah affects the Salvation Government and the entire Yemeni people, and the American decision is an attempt to confuse the political situation. He told Almasirah that the US classification of Ansarullah as a “terrorist organization” confirms that it is on the right path in confronting the aggression sponsored by US.

In his turn, Minister of Legal Affairs, Dr. Ismail Al-Mahqri, pointed out that the US Classification of Ansarullah as a “terrorist organization” clashes with international and international laws.
