President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, issued on Sunday the Decision No. (17) for the year 2021 to establish the General Authority for Small and Micro Enterprise Development.
The decision includes (22) articles divided into five chapters:
Chapter One: Naming, Definitions and Creation.
Chapter Two: Objectives, Tasks and Responsibilities.
Chapter Three: Administration of the Authority and it consists of two branches:
The first branch: the board of directors.
The second branch: Chairman of the Authority.
Chapter Four: The Authority’s Resources and Financial System.
Chapter Five: Final Provisions.
The last article stipulated that this decision shall be enforced from the date of its issuance and published in the Official Gazette.
