The head of the National Delegation confirmed that the countries of the aggression did not abide by the terms of the UN-sponsored truce, as they wasted a month and a half of the truce without any trip to and from Sana’a International Airport.

“The terms of the truce stipulate two flights per week and to two specific destinations, Amman and Cairo, but the Saudi-led aggression did not abide by,” Mohammed Abdulsalam wrote in his Twitter account on Wednesday evening. “It wasted a month and a half of the truce without any trip to and from Sana’a International Airport.”

He stressed that what the situation requires is to speed up the conduct of scheduled flights, and to make use of the remaining time to make up for what was missed.

The Supreme Political Council referred on Wednesday the request to extend the truce to study, according to the evaluation of the current phase of the truce, which will end on the second of next June.
