The Israeli occupation army committed a horrifying massacre against Gaza children, killing at least 174 of them during violent and deadly strikes that targeted homes, tents and shelters at dawn Tuesday.
Based on field reports from human rights groups, the Israeli occupation army launched aerial and artillery strikes on densely populated neighborhoods, resulting in massacres that wiped out entire families and left children’s bodies mangled or torn apart amidst the rubble of their bombed homes or shelters.
Since the early hours of Tuesday, the occupation army has carried out dozens of massacres across Gaza by intensively bombing the homes of innocent civilians, according to the Government Media Office (GMO).
Bodies of over 429 martyrs have been recovered and evacuated to hospitals since the dawn hours. Among those killed are 174 children, 89 women, 32 elderlies, and 109 adult men.
However, today’s death toll is likely to rise as there are many people are in critical condition or buried under the rubble, while Gaza’s debilitated hospitals complain of lacking the capacity and means to handle the large numbers of casualties.
GMO said that 73 percent of the martyrs who had been brought to hospitals since the early hours of today were children, women and elderly people.
“There are no safe areas,” eyewitnesses told reporters in Gaza after the intense Israeli bombardment struck multiple houses, tent encampments and schools sheltering displaced families, including mothers and their children.
