Interior Minister, Maj. Gen. Jalal al-Rowaishan, praised the efforts of the Revolutionary Committee of the traffic police and considered it as one of the best revolutionary committees that support and assist the Interior Ministry in its functions under these difficult circumstances Yemen is facing.
Al-Rowaishan honored, yesterday, a number of officers of the traffic police in various Yemeni provinces for their efforts for traffic management and the traffic awareness campaign organized by the General Administration of traffic police and Interior Ministry during the period from 10 to 31 May.
He pointed out that these events were held instead of the activities of the Traffic Week, which was carried out every yea, but because of the Saudi aggression they cancel it.
The honoring ceremony that was held in Sana’a included exhibition that documented the destruction of bridges and roads in various provinces as a result of the bombing the Saudi aggression.
