Ministry of Information and all media and press organizations on Thursday mourned the media writer Mohamed Ali Saad, chairman of the Board of Directors of the October 14 Foundation for Journalism, Printing and Publishing after a life full of giving in the service of the Yemen.
Mohammed Ali Ahmed Saad was born in Aden in the city of Tawahi on July 21, 1956. He completed the high school degree in Aden schools and graduated from the Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Education, the University of Aden in 1983.
In 1994, he was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the 14th October Foundation – Chairman of the Editor-in-Chief, and in 1998 he was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of al-Jumhoria Foundation – as Editor-in-Chief, and in 2000 a decree was issued to appoint him as Editor of al-Mithaq.net.
In 2013, he was again appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the 14th October Foundation as Editor-in-Chief of the newspaper until his death on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020.
