civil associations have confirmed their rejection of America’s decision to classify Ansarullah as a terrorist organization.

The associations, in statements issued on Wednesday, condemned this ridiculous decision, considering the decision an aggression against Yemen and an attempt to undermine the steadfastness of the Yemeni people in the face of arrogant forces.

The Yemen Society for Thalassemia and Genetic Blood Disorders expressed its concern about the impact of the decision on peace efforts and the humanitarian response in Yemen.

It called on the UN Security Council, the International Committee, the  Human Rights Council and all international organizations to fulfill their legal, moral and humanitarian responsibilities towards children in Yemen.

Al-Bara’a Development and Charitable Society indicated the Ansarullah is part of the Yemeni people who defend the homeland and its people against the forces of global arrogance, stressing the Yemeni people are exposed to the most heinous crimes in front of the world.

It called on the international community to take a humanitarian stand towards the crimes and violations of the rights of the Yemeni people over the past six years.

In turn, Al-Najah Women’s Charitable and Social Society for Development called on the Security Council, the United Nations and human rights organizations to reject the decision and work to end the war and siege imposed on the Yemeni people.
