March 25th, France welcomed the announcement of the date of ceasefire and resumption of peace talks in Yemen. Paris also called for fast solutions to end the crisis .
France Foreign Minister Jean-Marc welcomed the UN Special Envoy to Yemen Ismail Ould Cheikh’s announcement to start ceasefire on10 April. The ceasefire will start eight days earlier before Peace talks on 18 April hosted in Kuwait.
Jean-Marc called for a fast solutions that meet people aspirations and end the crisis in Yemen.
In addition, Washington welcomed and London fully supported the ceasefire in Yemen.
