Anhar al-Ansi , the Yemeni telecommunication engineer in General Communication Foundation, gained the world communication technology conference award that held on Dubai city last week.
Al-Ansi submitted a proposal to the Conference that contained innovative ideas to update the information network devices to accommodate the requirement of the Long Term Evolution ( LTE ) fifth generation.
The proposal also contained the necessary regulations to run the instant internal that will solve congestion problems that caused by large data messaging.
The Excellence International Award, that al-Ansi got, need to go through the international jury standers.
Al-Ansi project had a consensus vote from the international jury among all the projects that was submitted from all the Participated countries in the conference.
