May 23rd, the Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah condemned the terrorist attack at a Manchester concert, which killed dozens of citizens and injured many others.
In a statement to Saba News Agency, the minister expressed his deepest expressions and solidarity to the United Kingdom and to its people on behalf of Yemen and Yemeni people in confronting terrorism Phenomenon, expressing condolences to the families of the victims and wishing the wounded speedy recovery.
Moreover, Hisham Sharaf Abdullah renewed Yemen’s rejection of terrorism in all its forms as it forms the greatest threat to international peace and security, stressing on the importance of the international joint efforts to eliminate the root causes of terrorism, to dry up its sources.
For more than two years, Yemen has been suffering from the terrorism of aggression as well as the unjust blockade by the Saudi-led coalition, the Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah added.
