May 31st, The Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf Abdullah, met toady the representative of the World Food Program Stephen Anderson, discussing the possibility of expanding the activities of the program in Yemen.
During the meeting, the Foreign Minister stressed on the importance of returning the entire staff of the United Nations offices working outside Yemen to work from within its offices in the capital Sana’a, emphasizing the readiness of the National Salvation Government to provide all the support and facilities for the granting of entry visas and others to enable it to carry out its work easily.
He also lauded the humanitarian role played by the World Food Program in alleviating the suffering of Yemeni people under the ongoing Saudi aggression and its unjust blockade.
