The security forces and the popular committees dismantled an explosive device in the province of Ibb .
A security source said that the security forces and the popular committees dismantled an explosive device planted in the area of Herat Al-Safal directorate near Ibb province .
The source pointed out that the explosive device was planted on the road before being suspected and notify the concerned agencies who immediately took the device to an empty place.
The source added that the device was a (cooker) inside it a TNT , fragments and remote control . The source said that the engineering was able to stop and dismantle it successfully .
The source called the citizens to cooperate in reporting any suspicious objects or movements .
