The forces of the Yemeni army and Popular Committees, carried out a retaliatory attacks against the Saudi-led coalition, killed several Saudi servicemen in the kingdom’s southwestern province of Najran.
Yemeni forces targeted al-Dhaba military base in Najran, killing and injuring a number of the Saudi soldiers, according to the Arabic-language Al Mayadeen television network.
They also pounded other Saudi positions in Najran with Katyusha rockets and mortar shells.
In another operation, the Yemeni army and Popular Committees managed to recapture four military bases from mercenaries of the fugitive President Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh, in Yemen’s southwestern province of Taiz.
The attacks against Saudi forces came in retaliation for the continued massacre of civilians and destruction of Yemen’s infrastructure by the Saudi-led coalition.
Yemen’s defenseless people have been under massive attacks by the coalition for more than two years but Riyadh has reached none of its objectives in Yemen so far.
