The Yemeni Media Union condemned the targeting of al-Masirah channel team by the Saudi-American aggression, as they were covering the sufferings of the people in the city of Bihan as a result of the blockade by mercenaries of aggression on Asilan areas of Shabwa province.
The Saudi-led coalition aggression have to hold the full responsibility for the targeting of local media workers and preventing the international media from entering Yemen for fearing of exposing its crimes, Yemeni Media Union said in a statement
The Union of Journalists called on all concerned international organizations to condemn such targeting and all systematic targeting of local, regional and international media correspondents present in Yemen.
Despite of this targeting, the media must carry out its duty to expose the crimes of the Saudi-led coalition aggression, the statement added
