The Centre for Human Rights (CHR) in Yemen condemned on Sunday horrific massacre committed by the Saudi-American aggression coalition warplanes against citizens in Attan and Arhab areas of Sana’a province, killing and wounding dozens of citizens, mostly women and children.
In a statement to Saba News agency, the center denounced the position of the United Nations and the Security Council, which had not taken any steps towards targeting civilians by the coalition forces for two and a half years.
“The United Nations admitted through its statements that there are crimes against humanity and violations of international humanitarian law in Yemen by the coalition forces, in every massacre, the United Nations demands an investigation into these massacres, these massacres but this data quickly evaporate and fade away and the rights of the victims are lost and the states of aggression continue to target civilians more and more,” the statement added
The centre called on the international community, the UN and international human rights organizations to carry their responsibility towards the Saudi war crimes against the Yemeni people.
