UN Security Council Blames Saudi Coalition for Famine And Calls To End Blockade

The UN Security Council blamed the Saudi regime and its coalition for the famine in Yemen.

The  UN Security Council Called on to lift the blockade  on Yemen  and to keep ports and airports in the country open to deliver humanitarian aid to the people threatened by the “greatest famine” witnessed by the world for decades .

The President of the Council in this  month the Italian Ambassador “Sebastiano Cardi” announced to journalists after a closed meeting of the Council on Yemen that the meeting was on the request of Sweden .

The 15 members of the Council expressed their “concern” over the disastrous humanitarian situation in Yemen and stressed the importance of keeping all Yemeni ports and airports Open .
