The forces of the Yemeni army and Popular Committees, in retaliatory attacks against the Saudi-led coalition, targeted the enemy forces near border areas, killing nine Saudi servicemen, local media said.
In an operation against the positions of the Saudi-led coalition along the kingdom’s southern borders on Wednesday, Yemeni troops clashed with Saudi military forces, killing nine of them and injuring seven others.
In a separate attack mounted by the Yemeni forces, a number of the mercenaries of the Saudi regime were also killed or injured in Yemen’s southeastern province of Taiz.
The attacks against the Saudi forces came in retaliation for the continued massacre of civilians and destruction of Yemen’s infrastructure by the coalition led by the Riyadh regime.
