The Ministry of Human Rights condemned the heinous crime committed by the Saudi-American warplanes in the prisoners’ building at Shueub directorate in the capital Sana’a that killed and wounded 177 people .
The ministry said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that the aggression alliance launched hysterical raids on the prison that was inhabited by about 180 prisoners .
The preliminary statistics indicated that the number of victims found under the rubble so far is 117 people, including 37 dead and 80 injured .
The statement said that the ICRC was aware of the presence of these prisoners in this prison and visit them and observed their status constantly .
The statement called on the international community represented by the Secretary General of the United Nations , Security and Human Rights Councils and the High Commissioner for Human Rights to carry out their legal, international, humanitarian and moral duties and to stop the ongoing attacks by the countries of the aggression coalition led by Saudi Arabia and those who support them .
