The army and the popular committees carried out an offensive operation on the positions of mercenaries of the Saudi-American aggression in the directorate of Khub and Al-Sha’f in Al-Jawf governorate .
A military source told the Saba news agency that a number of mercenaries were killed and wounded and that weapons were seized following the operation that targeted their positions in al-Sabreen area .
The source pointed out that the operation was preceded by heavy artillery shelling on the positions and fortifications of mercenaries .
