President of the Supreme Political Council Saleh al-Samad on Monday met with Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Council Affairs Ali Abu-Heliqah.
During the meeting, they discussed means to enhance the state institutions to develop coordination and cooperation between the governmental agencies.
The meeting dealt with all the efforts exerted by the Minister of State for Parliamentary and Shura Council Affairs in presenting the subjects submitted by the government to the two councils and their committees.
The President stressed the need to set up mechanisms to organize the relationship between the government and the House of Representatives and the Shura (), commensurate with their respective policies and the legislation governing their work.
