President of Yemen’s Revolutionary Committee Mohammed Ali al-Houthi on Sunday met with outgoing United Nations Resident Coordinator/Humanitarian Coordinator Jamie McGoldrick.
“Mr. Jamie’s humanitarian efforts are appreciated by the Yemeni people,” said al Houthi, during a meeting with McGoldrick , in Sana’a, to mark the end of his term in Yemen.
President al-Houthi thanked McGoldrick for his great efforts to help the Yemeni people during the difficult period of Saudi-led aggression coalition war and all-out blockade against the Yemeni people.
Meanwhile, McGoldrick expressed hope that 2018 would be a year of peace for all Yemenis.
