The Saudi warplanes targeted the directorate of Manabah in Sa’ada with bombs and cluster munitions .
A local source in Sa’ada said that the warplanes launched several raids on different areas of the directorate of Manbah border using internationally banned cluster munitions targeted homes and farms at the border directorate .
The source confirmed that the cluster bombs scattered among the homes of citizens and their property, causing significant material damage and threatened the the lives of citizens in the region .
