Al-Syyed Abdulmalik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi met with the Special Envoy of the Secretary General of the United Nations to Yemen Martin Griffith .
In the meeting, Al-Houthi stressed the positive engagement with the efforts of the UN envoy to stop the aggression on Yemen and reach a comprehensive peaceful solution .
Al-Syyed pointed out that the problem that hinders negotiations is the intransigence of the forces of aggression and their rejection of comprehensive political solutions.
Al-Houthi stressed the importance of starting steps of a humanitarian nature for their importance that affect the lives of the Yemeni people .
He also stressed the importance of the United Nations to maintain its balance and responsiveness responsible in the issue of aggression on Yemen and to play its role in accordance with the UN conventions away from any bias to the forces of aggression .
