The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) said that over 100 children have been killed across Yemen since July.

This summer has been deadly for Yemeni children, with more than 100 killed since July, said Maritxell Relano, UNICEF representative in Yemen, on Saturday.

At least 6,500 children have been killed or wounded in Yemen since the conflict began, noting that peace is the only way to end the bloodshed, UNICEF Executive Director Henrietta Fore said in a statement on Saturday.
