The spokesman of the Armed Forces, Brigadier Yahya Sare’e, said that the Saudi-led aggression and its mercenaries committed 53 violations of the cease-fire in Hodeidah during the last 24 hours as our forces began implementing the first phase of the redeployment in implementation of the Stockholm Agreement.
In a statement, to State News Agency on Saturday, he pointed out, that the warplanes and reconnaissance of the aggression intensified its flying over Durham, Jah, Faza, Jabaleah, Tuhitah, Luhaiah and Khuba districts with continuous flights of reconnaissance aircraft over the city of Hodeidah.
The US-Saudi artillery shelled 28 shells on residential areas and the sites of Yemeni Army in Addurayhimi, Kilo 16 and Hais, killing a sheep-shepherd and injuring his sister, as well as three artillery shells at the Military Airport.
He explained that the mercenaries of aggression fired with various medium and light weapons with heavy combing on several areas. The spokesman added that our forces monitored that US-Saudi mercenaries making new fortifications and a new practitioner, a bulldozer to develop in Kilo 16, movements of three military trucks and night movements were observed in several places.
On the raids of aggression, Brigadier-Sari said that the US-Saudi aggression launched 36 raids on Dhamar, Hajjah and Saada governorates. He stated that Yemeni Army encountered creeps of the US-Saudi mercenaries off Najran, Baqim and Haradh. Brigadier Sare’e said that dozens of the mercenaries were killed and injured and six military trucks and three vehicles were destroyed in Haradh.
In response to the escalation of mercenaries on the fronts, he said that the Army and Popular Committees carried out special operations on the sites of the enemy and its mercenaries in Haradh, liberating two sites.
The spokesman praised the fighters for their commitment to a ceasefire and interaction with the UN Security and Peace Team in Hodeidah.
