Mark Lokoc the UN humanitarian chief, said that Hadi government would need 4 billions of dollars in external funding to fund its budget for 2019 and avoid another currency collapse.
“There will be a need for multi-billion dollar support so that they can finance the government’s core functions,” Lockoc told a news conference .
He added “Unless they get some external funding for their budget, those problems we have seen with the fall of the riyal will come back”
