Snipers unit of the Yemeni army and popular committees on Tuesday managed to shoot one of Saudi soldiers in Jizan region, a military official told Saba News Agency.
The official said that the soldier was killed in sniping attack that took place in Faridha military site.
Earlier in the day, the army forces repelled an attack carried out by the Saudi-backed mercenaries on al-Qumama hill in east of al-Khuba area, killing and injuring several of them.
