The Yemeni army and popular committees on Saturday managed to repel an infiltration attempt carried out by mercenaries loyal to Saudi-led coalition aggression in Najran region, a military official told Saba News Agency.
According to the official, the battle, which took place in Shabakah, left dozens of the mercenaries dead and wounded.
The attack lasted for several hours with the participation of warplanes, Apache and reconnaissance, but without making any progress on the ground, the official added.
