The leader of the Yemeni Revolution, Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badreddin al-Houthi has confirmed that there was no threat from Yemen to either Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates before the Saudi-UAE invasion of 2015.

“There was no prior threat to the Saudi or the Emirati from Yemen, and there is no justification for the attack,” Sayyid al-Houthi explained in an interview with al-Masirah TV on Monday night.

“The Emirates are crushing themselves in Yemen, and this is what really poses a threat to UAE in the future.”

“Mohammad bin Salman was quoted as saying that in Yemen he wanted servants, not agents. This was quoted by diplomatic sources from whom I heard this: he wants servants,d not agents. This is not acceptable: we are not agents nor employees, we are an independent country,” the Leader said.

“This is one of the reasons for the complexities of the war on Yemen and of the failure to find political solutions during the past four years of the steadfastness of the Yemeni people,” Sayyid Abdul-Malik al-Houthi added.

Furthermore, the Leader of the Revolution stated that the US regime is benefiting from its tools in the region, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, thus saving the US lot of human and material costs.

Abdul-Malik al-Houthi concluded by confirming that freedom and independence from U.S. imperiaism, and the ability to confront the Israeli enemy is key in promoting Yemeni national steadfastness.
