An official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for an end to the crimes and violations committed against the children of Yemen by the countries of the aggression led by Saudi Arabia.
The source pointed out that the world celebrates the International Day of innocent children , at a time when the children of Yemen are witnessing the worst crimes and violations by the countries of aggression led by Saudi Arabia.
The source pointed out that according to the statistics of the United Nations , the aggression killed and wounded about 7500 children.
The statistics showed that a child dies every 10 minutes for preventable causes such as food shortages, 360,000 children suffer from acute malnutrition, and 2.5 million children under five years of age in Yemen suffer from stunted growth
The source called The Secretary-General of the United Nations, his Special Representative for Children and Armed Conflict, the Security Council, the Human Rights Council and relevant organizations to condemn the crimes committed against Yemen’s children and to put pressure on the international community to bring their perpetrators to justice.
