The Yemeni army, backed by popular committees on Sunday managed to destroy a Saudi military pickup loaded with mercenaries in Najran region, a military official told Saba News Agency.
The official said that the military pickup was destroyed by an improvised explosive device planted by army’s engineering unit in Shaj’a square front, killing all its crew member.
Earlier in the day, the artillery unit targeted gatherings of mercenary soldiers and Saudi military pickups in Moraba’a al- Hammad, causing district casualties.
On Saturday, the army forces have repelled a large-scale attack of coalition’s mercenaries on n Shaj’a square front, killing and injuring dozens of them.
