Yemeni air defenses shot down an American MQ9 aircraft with a suitable missile in the skies of Dhamar province.
Armed forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sarie’e told the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that the missile that targeted the US aircraft was developed locally and will be revealed soon at a press conference.
“We assure the forces of aggression that they have to calculate 1,000 accounts when they enter Yemeni airspace and that our skies are no longer as opaque as before”Armed forces spokesman said .
He added”The coming days will witness big surprises, as we have the ability to neutralize a large number of hostile aircraft from entering Yemeni airspace.”
