The United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator in Yemen, Liz Grande, said that 22 people, including women and children, were killed and 15 others were injured in air strikes in Amran and Dhale governorates during the past two days.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Grandi said that it is very unfortunate that these tragedies occurred during the UN General Assembly, as world leaders gather to promote security and peace.
“The time has come for everyone to find ways to end this heinous war.”
