Head of the National Negotiating Delegation Mohammed Abdulsalam and his accompanying delegation have on Saturday discussed in Tehran, meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif to discuss the latest political developments in the region and the two countries’ views on them.
They dealt with the developments in the Yemeni negotiations and the possibility of reaching a just and honourable truce that leads to the complete cessation of the aggression, lifting of the siege and a comprehensive political solution.
The meeting touched on the results of meetings with international parties in support of peace efforts to stop the aggression and end the siege on Yemen.
In the meeting, Abdulsalam praised Iran’s stances in support of the path of stopping the aggression and ensuring the unity, security and stability of Yemen.
