The Saudi-led aggression forces and mercenaries continued to escalate and violate the ceasefire agreement in Hodeidah governorate during the past 24 hours, a military official said.
According to the official, the Saudi-led mercenaries used shells and heavy machine guns to attack residential neighborhoods in July 7th, 50th Street and Al Shaab City, and fried more than 22 mortar shells towards the south and north of Hays district.
He pointed out that the aggression forces fired seven artillery shells on the Jablayah area in Tuhayat district, and burned down a civilian house in al-Jah area of Beit al-Faqih district due to intensive combing with machine guns.
The official stated that the mercenaries targeted the Kilo 16 area in Durayhimi District, using shells, heavy and medium weapons. They also fired more than 112 artillery shells on the villages of Dahfsh and Al-Shajan in the same district, leaving material damages to civilians’ properties.
