The National Salvation Government released 32 Egyptian sailors, under an amnesty from the President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat.
The Coast Guard forces arrested them earlier while they were illegally in the Yemeni territorial waters.
An Egyptian plane carrying representatives of the Republic of Egypt arrived at Sana’a International Airport to receive the released sailors.
This step is an expression of the authentic values of the Yemeni people, the level of appreciation and respect it maintains towards the Egyptian people and the historical relations between the two countries and the two brotherly peoples.
