The army and popular committees broke down a massive infiltration attempt for the coalition mercenaries in Ma’rib Governorate, killing and wounded dozens of them.
The spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Sariee said, “By the grace of God, our forces were able to prevent a massive advance this morning in the Sirwah District of Ma’rib Governorate.”
Brigadier-General Sariee confirmed “The enemy inflicted heavy losses in lives and equipment and dozens of dead and wounded were in its ranks without making any progress.”
The coalition air forces launched twenty air strikes during the past six hours, including 14 raids on the Khub and Al Sha`f district in Al-Jawf governorate and 6 raids on the Sirwah Marib district.
