Army spokesman vows painful response to mercenary forces’ escalation

The Yemeni army’s spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e on Thursday confirmed that the continuous air and land escalation of Saudi-led coalition aggression forces “will be met with an appropriate and painful response.”

“The offensive operations of the aggression  forces during the past week amounted to more than 13 operations on the fronts of Marib, Bayda, Dhalea, Jawf provinces and the borders,” Sare’e said in a statement.

The aggression aircraft launched 200 air strikes on different provinces, he added.

The total number of the aggression’s offensive operations and air raids from April 9, 2020 to today amounted to 65 operations and nearly 700 air strikes distributed into the provinces of Marib, Sana’a, Jawf, Dhalea, Saada, Hodeidah and Amran, according to the spokesman.
