The Parliament listened, in its Saturday session headed by Speaker Yahya Ali al-Ra’i, to a letter from Minister of Justice Judge Dr. Mohammad al-Dailami.
The letter included lifting the immunity of twelve members of the parliament on charges of spying and prejudicing the Republic of Yemen’s political, military, and economic status.
The Parliament decided to refer the letter to the Constitutional and Legal Affairs Committee for consideration and to report thereon to the House at a future session.
