The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs, Abdul Qader Al-Murtada, confirmed, Thursday, that the prisoner exchange deal will be implemented on the agreed date, after the problem that arose two days ago was resolved.
Al-Murtada wrote on “Facebook”: by the grace of God, the problem that arose two days ago has been resolved and all procedures have been done by all parties.
He added that the deal will be executed, on the specified (15 and 16 October), as it was decreed.
The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs indicated Wednesday that the other party was not ready to implement the prisoner exchange agreement, and attempts to thwart the exchange deal.
