A campaign on Twitter, in solidarity with the former deputy governor of Mahra, Ali Salem Al-Huraizi, has reached the trend. It was launched by Yemenis to support Al-Huraizi that rejects the Saudi military presence in the governorate.
The campaign comes in response to “allegations” made by Saudi media, accusing Al-Huraizi of terrorism.
The tweets were not limited to Al- Huraizi, but rather extended to show all the Saudi and Emirati violations that occupied Yemen’s lands, including the island of Socotra.
