The head of the National Committee for Prisoners Affairs Abdul Qadir al-Murtada announced on Friday that 10 prisoners of the army and popular committees have been freed in a prisoner swap in Jawf front.
Al-Murtada pointed out the exchange process took place amid local mediation.
