The Yemeni army has carried out fresh drone attacks on Abha International Airport on Sunday, the army spokesman said in a statement
In a tweet on Sunday, Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e affirmed that a Samad-3 and Qasef 2k drones were used in the attack and they hit the target accurately,
Sare’e added the air attacks came in retaliation to the Saudi airstrikes and blockade against the Yemeni people.
He warned citizens to stay away of Saudi airports and locations that are being used for military purposes .
This is the fourth drone strike by the Yemeni army on Abha Airport in Saudi Arabia in only five days.
During the past days, The Yemeni army launched successful drone and missile operations against Saudi military positions in the southwest of the kingdom.
