Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, on Monday sent cabals of congratulations to speakers of parliaments in Arab and Islamic countries that didn’t participate in the aggression on Yemen.
In the cables, Al-Rai congratulated his counterparts on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
