President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, on Monday sent cables of congratulations to kings, presidents, and emirs of the Arab and Islamic countries on the advent of the holy month of Ramadan.
On this occasion, President al-Mashat wished them good health and happiness and progress and prosperity for their countries.
