Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra’i on Monday sent a congratulatory cable to Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (the Ukrainian Parliament) Dmytro Razumkov.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Razumkov on the occasion of his country’s celebrations on the National Day.
