President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi al-Mashat, on Monday, sent a cables of congratulations to the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries, on the occasion of the New Hijri year 1443.
In the cables, Al-Mashat wished the leaders and a happy Hijri year full of success, and more progress and prosperity for the peoples of Arab and Islamic countries.
